Owner: I'm speaking on behalf of this scarf that I bought in Scotland in one of those really terrible trappy tourist thingies where they have, like all of the different tartans, and then you can buy stuff. And I actually, for the longest time I didn't like this scarf because it was way too short and you couldn't like properly tie it like this. And then after I had this I had the scarf for at least eight years. So it took some while for me to discover that you can also tie it differently. And now I like it again. But I really like the colours because I think they fit to a lot of things and I actually took it to so many different vacations now because it's so small and compact. And yeah, I think it's just a symbol for that. You should stay with your things and give them some time and change your attitude towards them and then also allow yourself to rediscover old things. And yeah, mostly they, I mean, you change throughout your life. So maybe your attitude with the same clothing also change.

this symbol means that this garment stood the test of time. That could mean it's decades old and still going strong, or that it lasted longer than was expected of it. by spending time with our garments we might change our perception.
